How do you Improve Your Eyesight?

i need to Improve My Eyesight really bad…. i were contacts. everyday in class it looks like the board is getting more blurry. is there anything i can eat or do that can improve my eyesight? im on the computer almost everyday but does that matter? I dont want surgery… lol im only 12 almost 13…PLZ HELP ME!

carrots. they really do help. Glasses and contacts are just crutches for your eyes. They make it easier to see. First get your prescription checked. Then consider wearing glasses so you can take them off to help Exercise Your Eyes to focus. You may get headaches though. Start slow.
